Ledger will automatically do the RSR contract update for you, meaning no intervention will be needed from your end. There is only a risk of losing RSR if you are staking it on a decentralized platform (like Uniswap or Bancor). The reason for that is because these decentralized pools use hardcoded contract addresses (and RSR's contract address will change on the 13th).
