So this may be a silly question. But what happens

in the event of a crypto winter? If the value of major token suddenly crash below half their value and people cannot make repayments which continues to accrue interest, is Nexo able to survive a sustained negative event?

Yep agree with the limits on all institutions, crypto markets however are alot more volatile, which traditional institutions don't have to deal with, for the most part economic downturns, corrections and crashes can be forcast
