I agree that it is lacking any form of communication. They should inform us what happend and then again when it is fully resolved. But i have not seen any communication just yet.
Literally all the admins (and customer support) told you this is just a glitch from the other day and their teams are fixing it, what else do you want?
I just told you what i expect. 90% of the clients are not on telegram. So an email to inform all customers effected would have been nice no? 🤷♂
Not everyone is on telegram, but people use the help center, no? Also, there were threads on reddit, I saw one tweet. I don’t see the point of an email
