for my deposit and still did not receive anything and it's been 2 days on my tickets having solved on status and a massage we will credit for you as soon as possible and nothing solved and nothing is credited and I have been raising my issue more than 15 times!!?

Yea, he has forwarded it on many occasions.
So when I open a new one I need to click on my old tickets that my tickets has been solved which mean I will be stating that the problem has been fixed
If the ticket says solved and your issue isn’t, Kindly open another and make emphasis on your case. You can always send any of the Admins your ticket ID.
