Reserve has been mostly focusing on the development of the RPay side (which is the name we use internally for everything related to the Reserve app and its adoption). The fact is that, without a successful RPay side, RSR utility wouldn't be that profitable. The profitability of RSR's utility depends fully on how popular RTokens become. That being said, we are now making a shift more and more towards the RToken side (anything related to the crypto-side of the business). As you know, RSR will start having utility through staking & governance starting from mainnet launch.
