I have been waiting for over 10 days for a

fiat withdrawal to my bank account, still waiting. I have a relative waiting over 20 days. This is getting really concerning, we have opened support tickets and they said they are making enquiries. It’s starting to get concerning. It shouldn’t take so long and we got emails when they “made the payments” out to the banks it said they would take 3-5 working days to arrive. It has far exceeded that now and they haven’t arrived. It shouldn’t take so long. How to we escalate a support issue or make a complaint?

Steve I've got the exact same issue. My ticket is now being ignored and an admin asked me to dm him with ticket number yesterday and now he is also ignoring me. Very concerning now
