most of traffic eHEX vs pHEX, simply due to the much much lower fees, will be occuring on pHEX from the point of plusexchain launch;

the rest will be selling off of eHEX, either end of
stakes or switching to pHEX

as such the main price upping will be on pHEX
& is best to switch &or stake there

You could sell on eth, bridge to Pulse and buy Hex on pulse. What I am saying is most direct least cost method may be to simply bridge you ehx to phex for the bridge fee.
