affexts the price .. why its in my interest to do that

since I could afford only about $250 eHEX (not staked) .. what's the best way to get the most out of pHEX (ie. duplicated eXEH→pHEX + swapped)
?

since the figure is to low to make staking viable due to ETH fees

It does not since to bridge you will likely have to pay an eth fee to send and a pulse fee to receive.

You could try: 1. buy xlm on coinbase 2. Use changenow.com and convert your xlm to hex. 3. Use the bridge to xfer your hex from eth main net to pulse network. 4. swap your ehex to hex on pulse. From my prior use, only step 2. will be significant cost; you'll have to test to see. Generally, most dapps show the results you can expect before really doing it. Your true problem is having only $250. How about getting an extra job for a short while to amass more money for a credible risk? Give yourself a real chance.

2) costs almost nothing fees regarded with 1)fiat→bnb(bsc version), then bnb→hex (all changenow.io) 1) costs most -- binance's fiat→crypto fees

neither do I, although buying binance's BNB(bsc) coint from fiat → the in metamask using binance chain settings to transfer that to the wallet + changenow.io to convert to eHEX real cheep.

Can either confirm or deny that. All these people here know much more of hex & related than I do, but what I wrote I can confirm. Skipping etherium fees ti get hex through bnb.
