I’ve been staking and voting in bnb ORN pool for

many months. If I unstake half of my ORN does that mean half the voting rewards I’ve accumulated over the months are lost when they’re finally paid out??

Sorry about that, it was addressed in one of the recent Dev AMA For the ⅓ pool fees, we’re looking at distributing these asap, there have just been a number of technical challenges in doing so because of the smart contract. However, the development team are working on this! However, completely understood, and will aim to get this answered asap.

There are some technical challenges but the team is ontop of it, so it's all good and would be updated soon. There is no time stamp for now

Why are they called 1/3 fees? I thought they were called voting rewards

Yes they are voting rewards. Only the part of the fees from the pool which you voted, will be distributed to you as a governance staker, who voted on a LP pool.
