If you say "sxp is solar" "swipe is swipe" I am more confused because Sxp is Swipe !

If we own tokens SXP we have nothing to do, Sxp will not change name, we don't have to swap Sxp.

Swipe was bought by Binance, sxp was the token. Sxp will still be used for card fees at swipe and will have new utility with Solar. Solar is the native chain for SXP and there's nothing to worry about. If it's on an exchange you won't need to swap anything.
