I know there's an un-stake delay for RSR to improve

protocol stability. Are there any other mechanisms the team are implementing to insure stability? Like disabling un-staking under certain conditions, having minimum or maximum staking limits, etc.

I can't give you a confirmation on that just yet - there's an ongoing discussion about this which we'll soon open up to the community. Once we do, you'll know exactly what value Reserve would like to use initially and how we got to that number.

There are. Reserve is actually currently working on something to share the different governance parameters in greater detail with the community. Besides an un-staking delay, there will also be a governance parameters for staking itself (depositing your RSR to the smart contract). The reason for this parameter existing is because stakers could deposit, and then immediately initiate a withdrawal. [un-staking delay] later, if they wanted to continue staking, they could simply re-deposit with no loss other than gas costs, and if they wanted to withdraw they could follow through with the withdrawal (basically working around the un-staking delay). I'm not sure if this is final yet, but I believe the team has also found a way to delay un-staking while the protocol is still in the process of swapping a faulty collateral asset for its backup asset - guaranteeing that the insurance pool can actually fully do the thing it is designed to do.
