+1 It is awesome that they get to share this, it is a tremendous effort to explain this level of technical details in a different language. As a developer, I can say most of us are introverted, and takes a lot of courage to speak through a cam to hundreds of people.

For me it is actually very important to see the devs themselves, adds transparency and trustworthyness to the project 👍 Also maybe i am biased but i think russian mathematicians and blockchain-developers are especially talented (think Vitalik Buterin, Alex Cherpunoy of Ergo, Serguey Popov of IOTA etc.) and therefore a big plus 🇷🇺

Part of this is to show the 40+ devs we have in our team, and let them share what they’re working on. What they’re doing is huge, whether or not they have an accent or need cue cards to help them communicate it in its entirety. Our development team are entirely Russian, and we’d likely have criticism either way if they spoke in Russian (given we have a predominantly English speaking community). Although others have suggested to, we as a marketing team don’t want to read the dev responses ourselves - we aren’t devs and don’t want to take credit for what they’re building. They write their answers, they translate to English, and we help them polish the translation. That said, there's always a transcript 🙂
