and RSV on Uniswap once mainnet is launched? If so, will this be basically right on mainnet launch or will it be after the "all clear"?

How will we be able to get RSX on day one? Only from exchanges or will it take several weeks like the RSR upgrade?

You will be able to mint it on day one on the Reserve dApp, in the same way as you currently can with RSV on portal.reserve.org.
