Yeah but if I agree the chain to connect to my keplr (and ledger) I haven't exposed my seed. My ledger still has to agree transactions from other chains?

It depends on “how scam website works” I guess. Better to not to connect your wallet with any scam website. But it happens,I would definitely try to move all my funds to other address.
