Liquid staking works like this: You stake 300 AVAX that you

can't touch any longer, you get 300 sAVAX that represents yours 300 AVAX.
meanwhile your 300 AVAX are staked and you get a 10% APY, you can also stake your 300 sAVAX in AAVE or BenQi or whatever, and get another extra %.

So your 300 sAVAX gave you a 5% apy, so you won 15 sAVAX extra after 1 year.

Now your 300 AVAX staking ended, and you need to un unlock your 300 AVAX,
so yo grab your 300 sAVAX, send them back to the p-chain and exchange them for your 300 real AVAX.

you end with 300 AVAX + 10% APY (330 AVAX)
and your extra 15 sAVAX
