Hi guys, I have a question regarding the Smart Yield.

When I redeem the amount, selecting ALL, I usually get the amount+interests, but a residual tiny amount always remains in the yield.

So I have to redeem it in a second moment and this leads to have the full amount available not before a couple of days.

Is there a way I can redeem the whole lot in one go? Is it because it's just a redemption and not a conclusion of the subscription?

Ah ok, thanks for the information. Although I appreciate the Swissborg app so much abd in so many ways and aspects, this is a bit of a nuisance when you have to withdraw or transfer the amount. I tried redeeming at different times of the day, with the same outcome, si I asked.

the thing is it dont play a role at what time you press the button the redeem happens at the same time mostly at 10 am so you get the money out but since the reward happens after 10 am the reward run for the next round so another day so you have to press redeem again

No the team know it since the start the amount that are left is the yield of the next day i hope they change this at a point
