But my RSR is not showing in my new wallet? Who can I reach out to concerning this matter?

Since the transfer of RSR happened automatically, it is a matter the Ellipal wallet of showing the correct balance in their wallet. Argent Wallet had the same issue initially, but after conversing with the team they found out that they implemented the new RSR contract incorrectly. I'll ask the person in the Reserve team responsible for the wallet updates to reach out to Ellipal to make sure they get the support they need to do this update correctly. In the meantime, if you'd like to make sure that your RSR is still there, go to this link on Etherscan and call the balanceOf function for your Ethereum address. It will return the amount of tokens you have (with some zeroes behind it): https://etherscan.io/token/0x320623b8e4ff03373931769a31fc52a4e78b5d70.
