Please be patient while dev team works on this and changes are continuously made over time. My advice is not to panic, keep trying again and understand that your reward claims will not disappear as they don't expire.

Reasons for KYC issues. ⬇️ It appears some countries are not on the list of countries supported by KYC. Since Audius is a U.S Company we must comply with U.S law which may mean certain countries are unable to use some of Audius' features.
what countries are available for kyc ?
If so, why did you remove it later when it was there before? You are an empty company. I request deletion of my personal information!
