Everyone has to earn their respect with continue to contributing value. I think a team who has a running dApp, but stopped the maintenance or development and no longer contributing to EOS, I don't think people will vote for them to be on top. It does not mean that working products now can lean back and stop working. The only thing they will have is a good reputation and a Community to build a fractal already, because they already deployed something and maybe worked for many years to bring value to EOS. It's the same for people who regularly providing value with articles or support or whatever you do, these people will maybe already have some sympathies in that meetings than other who just started working now or only complaining all the time without contributing anything. But this does not mean they can stop working or that these other people will have not a chance when they work hard to bring value to EOS. As harder you work, as more respect you will get. Reputation maybe could help a little, but it will not depend on it. Same for an existing Community like all these dApps like BOX, DAPP, etc. have. An already existing Community can help much for a fractal or a team to empower that Community.

I understood that they will be included in fractally as well? There will be a team and a fractal for each Community and each dApp.
