Metamask blocked iranian and venezuelas IPs. I personally don't feel comfortable

staking trough metamask anymore
How far is the staking from hardware wallets?
Is it going to be stakeable from hardware wallets without the need of metamask?
I'm not from either of those 2 countries. Just concerned over how long it will take until they start targeting individuals addresses.
It's one thing to chase me down in order to get tax money from me. And completely other to forbid me to earn or even own my crypto
