I have a question. @TheRealTrimBot can you please share your

experience with me/us if you have time. As I have no lawyer background it may be silly to ask this but I wonder a lot. The currency for ICO was ETH not usdt or USD. So B1 sold EOS (not sure but the ratio was around eos/eth 0.022) for 21-22 million ETH. Can a lawsuit be filed with digital currency or it only can be done with the currency of where the company located, like USD or EURO. Does ENF trying to get back ETH or USD?

Its about the 7.1 Billion in Ether. But #4BillionDAO has a nicer ring to it, I guess.

oo really 7.1 billion… I am also questioning what will ENF do if they win. They get the money of Genesis accounts who participated the ICO. Do they agree that the ENF can use the money. Bullshiting maybe but just thinking out loud.

They have a plan for sure but probably cant talk about it. I think now the lawyers(company) is searching for evidence, examining the files and possible scenarios. So the case didnt start. Also I dont understand why Yves sent an email like this to Dan. He is also responsible. He should also be judged.

True. Yves did not explain that well on the fireside chat.

Yes, a law suit can be filed with digital currency. Jurisdiction is a different issue.
