I've stacked 25 FTT but since yesterday I'm paying again maker fees, can someone tells me why pls ?

I tried to create a subaccount to participate in the C2X IEO coin sales, but when I tried to create it, the notice "Cannot particle in IEOs from your journal" appeared and it was not created. Can't we create a subaccount for C2X coin purchase now?

Ok thank you guys, i'm just a faggot, thought maker = limit orders / taker = market ones, but actually I've just understood maker are orders that fill the orderbook which ain't fullfiled immediatly x)
