How does it work? Terra form labs can just print

as many Luna as they want and then burn them and Mint UST and deploy into anchor?

Thanks. Yeah was just surprised before when the anchor was refilled and a bunch of Luna were created somehow

it was not created, it was taken from tfl's holdings. supply data is usually taken from smart stake, which doesn't count tfl's holdings as circulating supply (and they explicitly state this on their website). after ~12 million luna was given to lfg by tfl - it's counted as part of circulating supply now.
