I have taken a step back for some time with

SB. But want to give my two cents opinion as I was an investor once: Innovations too slow, dubious decisions (see below), listings once the coins have already done x1000, very poor marketing, still no banking licence in Switzerland, the "core" whitepaper proposition of referendum abandoned, very poor Youtube vidéos (most with less than a thousand views), listing on a tier 1 four or five years too late, no more price moves since a market maker was involved etc.
Has the discussion of changing the leading team once been taken ?

Not sure to understand your question. It was mentioned in a YouTube video that a market maker was "hired". Since then, the price of chsb just started following the other alts. Before that, chsb was regularly a "contrarian" token that pumped during bear times. But I agree, it is more a feeling than scientific

No a marketmaker is there for liquidity he buys and sells making orders transfer from one exchange to the other like thd name says he should make the market
