Personnel to handle scale?
The protocol side of Reserve currently isn't the one we need to scale the fastest for - we do, however, need to scale pretty rapidly on the RPay side (which is the internal name we use for the Reserve app and everything that revolves around it). We're continuously hiring on that side, and will need to continue to do that for the foreseeable future. On the protocol side there will definitely be a want to hire more too, but it wouldn't be out of a need to scale necessarily. Some roles that might be hired are RToken Business Developers, extra Community staff (if needed), experts in the area of governance, etc.
