If we increase staking rewards the stakers need to give something in return. Otherwise the additional yield just comes from all holders.

It is - but at the end of the day, we have to be realistic to what the end user utilizes the ecosystems for - validator voting is not top of mind for most

Wait ... What I thought you had to stake rex / CPU...

You can vote for BPs, Amends, Telos Works, and Boards with all your TLOS tokens that are staked into CPU, NET or REX. We currently have no code that would allow voting with TLOS staked to some liquidity pool on tEVM.
