Yep, the developers regroup weekly to look back on the week before and the week coming (a "retro", for those who work around dev teams). Often near the start of the week, but it depends on the tempo of the work. Has happened more frequently (certainly once), and they're not tied to doing it on certain dates - if they were tackling a particularly chunky piece of work, they might hold off on retro until it's complete. It's a privilege on my end - I get a ping when they're doing it, and I see big 🧠s very carefully putting the jigsaw together. It's like watching good detectives at work 🤗
