Hi ! Can someone please sort this out? Is more

than 48h since this problem occurs and no one seems to care about it. C’mon guys give us an update. We are entitled for it…. Any admins can clarify that without sending us to support that doesn’t even bother to reply not even after 48h???

You must have a timeframe in over 48h since the issue was spotted at least a timeframe on it should be available if not sorted already at least a timeframe and make it a priority because we agreed on something when we entered the IDO and now none of you is keeping their side of the agreement… if there are issues fair enough but be transparent about it and give a timeframe and set priorities. I honestly don’t like the way things are handled regarding this … leaving it hanging like that is definitely not the way for sure.

It's not left hanging. The team has made contact and we are waiting for their response. So sorry for the misunderstanding but the VR team is also involved in the token distribution.
