refusing to convert my ANY to MULTI. I have been told “I will have to wait” but without any clarification what that means. And then no further replies from @Jhazzyjhaz214.

And this sums up the systemic myriad of flaws in Gate.

Gate is actually a brilliant central exchange, maybe the best for its variety of tokens and platforms, but it has so many fundamental problems. We are often being asked to promote GATE through YouTube videos and social media channels, but GATE - you have to get your act together before you are worthy of being lauded for your platform.

And right now it’s just not working.

So I listed these 10 main issues - huge issues - that will continue to beset Gate with obstacles in what they are trying to achieve. Showing that Gate’s worst enemy is in fact…Gate.

You have maybe the best exchange in crypto, but you will FAIL unless these problems are addressed:

1. Customer service. Awful.
2. Communication.
3. Communication.
4. Communication.
5. Competence.
6. Organisation.
7. Image. GATE is acclaimed for having the widest selection of tokens and some ingenious, unique platforms, but lambasted for the way it goes about it’s business, the way it is like a ‘wild west’ of an exchange, unscrupulous and untrustworthy.

You are not doing much to persuade your customers otherwise.
What are you doing about this? Why aren’t you addressing this???

Users were notified here that Gate.io supports swapping of ANY to MULTI. It is ALSO indicated in the announcement that your ANY must be in Gate.io on or before March 30. And if your ANY is in liquidity, you must remove it before March 30. Those who followed all the rules got their ANY swapped to MULTI. In your case, you didnt remove your token from the liquidity before March 30 which resulted to leaving your ANY unswapped. Rn, ANY withdrawal is suspended, you have to wait til the withdrawal is enabled and withdraw your ANY from the platform to swap it yourself. Thanks. And have a good day!

We’ve already covered this @Jhazzyjhaz214 - three times. Please stop repeating the same party line over and over. It is Gate’s responsibility to communicate to their customer clearly and concisely such a change—this means direct communication with the user, not simply putting random announcements on the platform. Supposing I hadn’t logged into Gate during this time—would that be my fault to miss the deadline? The answer is a firm no—it’s Gate’s responsibility to contact every user who held ANY. I’m not sure which legal jurisdiction Gate comes under, but I’m pretty sure it would require proper communication with customers, which I have highlighted as a massive flaw in Gate. Otherwise, this is negligence, pure and simple. As far as withdrawing—to where? If ANY is no longer an active token, what is the point of withdrawing it? Which platform could it even be withdrawn to? So, please, with respect, I ask you to stop passing responsibility. Please find someone at a senior level who can address this—it’s not difficult to convert my ANY to MULTI, it’s a small amount and I ask you, again, to please do so.
