I read the white paper n i didnt found any

date 4 the release, r u saying that the 480K will be available in 10 years? is there any article that i could read?

Kadena has a public and private blockchain. The private blockchain can be configured as a layer 2. The hybrid system currently allows for up to 480k tps. However, no Dapp has had the need to combine both yet

I think the layer 2 works like every other layer 2 - off chain.

I would focus less on the TPS today, and focus more on the TPS possible with the chainweb architecture. With graph theory Kadena can expand to literally hundreds of thousands of shards on L1, each adding to TPS, without even doubling the block time. Kadena can unironically scale to millions of TPS across the shards on L1, so that 480k stats is merely a placeholder/almost random big number. The important part of Kadena is understanding how the sharding can scale even beyond that number, and in a completely decentralized way.

I noted that it will not double block time, even at a hundred thousand chains. Yes the trade off is that it increases block time, but it's a logarithmic relationship, not a linear one, thanks to the graph theory.
