A question about segwit: what percentage of miners are legacy?

This argument seems a bit semantic... Follow up question: im guessing that bch miners are following a protocol which is like btc legacy?

Can't quickly find an answer in terms of miners but according to this recent report, SegWit adoption at major exchanges is not going that well. Only something like one third have fully adopted it. https://insights.glassnode.com/segwit-adoption/

When referring strictly to BTC (which is technically off topic here), I believe the answer is 0% because a legacy node can't generate a block that meets the new consensus rules. Therefore, any miner generating a block on a legacy node works be starting a new chain fork. This fork world then be orphaned by segwit blocks the node would also accept. It is technically possible some miner has been generating blocks that are guaranteed to be orphaned for 5 years, but it seems unlikely.
