I deposited an large amount of bnb into my swissborg but now it asks me to verify to level3, But they keep denying my submission and they are asking for proof of funds with a name and everything, But i’m trading shitcoins with metamask and it doesn’t provides names with the transactions so I don’t understand how to get trough that part. If you have any idea on how i could possibly do it, Let me know.
Well the money you use to trade those coins came from somewhere. Try providing a payslip

That’s the point, I started with like 50$ and it turned into 100+ bnb bc of those crazy big projects and it doesn’t seem like they understand how that’s possible. Anyone in the bsc space can relate.
Ask support what they would like to see for confirmation. And maybe suggest to have a phone call with them if that helps to verify everything.

Will do, Am i right that you just go to support in the app, Then write your questions and it gives you an automatic email, And you need to respond to the email with a few keyword so it gets to the right team, Then that’s it right? I did one 8 hours ago so hoping for a answer soon.

Makes sense. If you generated that wealth sometime in 2021, you could send your Tax-Report to SB. That would document your BSC transactions + your personal details.
If you click there you can see and reply to current open tickets. It’s like a chat window. Or use mail like you said, that’s fine too.
