to IDO, does the project team reach out to Orion team and ask you guys to host their IDO or Orion team are the one who contact startups and invite them to have their IDO on the platform ?

It works both ways depending on the situation

if you don't mind me asking .. what Orion can offer for any project team to make them want to do their IDO on your platform ?.. for example: Binance offer huge exposer because it has large number of users..but what about Orion ?

and is it Orion responsibility to make the IDO successful ?..because i think the IDO team they already got their money from the participants before the trading goes live ? and they have all the time & money they need to work and develop their project ..

Not sure what you are getting at, but the all previous ido on Orion were over subscribed
