i wish i knew that before...sent some UST from CRE to atom..now it is sitting under my ATOM as a token but can't seem to be able to do nothing with it..

Because you are choosing ibc channels manually. If you choose inactive or wrong channel,your funds will be stucked. Dexs choose active and correct relayers.

Sure you can. It’s not ibc transfer. It is a transaction between different addresses such as sending Atom to exchange using via Keplr.

No you can not. But you can connect your Keplr extension wallet to Cosmos dexs and swap your Atom to any assets you want.

There are many Cosmos dexs. Sifchain,Osmosis,Crescent (New One) and Junoswapdex on top of Juno. Sifchain and Osmosis have incentives at their pools. Crescent will have their incentives at pools on 18th. I suggest you to check all of them.
