But is there any reason users have to contact the devs through the blue widget, isnt it easier if the Orion admins tell them the site isnt working properly?
Admins can only forward general issues to team and also solve some navigation issues for users. Technical issues are for Devs and users have their different experience and complaints. It's best for them to take them to the appropriate channel.
