on the ledger, downloaded the neuron wallet v0.101.3 from your website. I installed Windows on the computer, connected the Ledger. Synchronisation is not in progress, writes the connection and that's it. How to solve the problem? Thank you.

I’m not too sure but my assumption is once Neuron is download on ledger live and the wallet address is integrated I believe the ledger doesn’t have to be plugged in
