There’s no support team for neuron wallet. You can lodge genuine issues on GitHub but user syncing problems typically aren’t the sort of issue they mean.

The mods and admins are all very helpful. But there is specific support team for the Nervos native wallet.

Neuron synchronization problems are fixed in 99% of cases with one of these steps: -First start by simply closing Neuron down, reboot PC and reopen Neuron. A lot of times, it can be that simple, specially using Windows. -If you use MacOS check that the version of your OS is equal to or greater than 10.15. -If that does not work, please double check that you have between 16-20G of free space on your PC. -Then, make sure you're on the newest version. Typically the only crypto wallets with support teams are run by third parties rather than the project itself. You will not receive support for a native bitcoin or ethereum wallet either. You may from a third party wallet or asset brokerage platform.

I don't know if the official version of Ledger for Nervos supports Ledger S plus. In any case I recommend you to see these guides, for example check that you have updated the firmware.
