does everyone see what genesis premium members could get? Or generation premium memebers?

Alright thats what I thought and that’s really really bad UX. It is deceiving for users that see what they think they potentially could get if they switch to premium as it is stated „get up to…“ if they switch. I tell you that as it happened to me when I switched from community to genesis premium. I’m extremely disappointed and can’t believe that swissborg makes a mistake like that. I can say that there might be other small signs that explain that you „never“ get the full yield, the reality is that users (like me for example) don’t understand that. Don’t know what to say but felt the need to communicate this so that something changes. Especially as I’m a UX/service designer myself and I fell swissborg has a lot to offer and I don’t want to switch to be a hater from being a fan for a long time. I feel a tiny bit betrayed.

Listen I just told you about the fact that you can tell that there are tiny messages in the app that show how the yields are distributed. Bit this doesn’t change what I just said. I cant believe that you now just exactly do and disregard what I just said. omg. I just explained to you why this is aweful UX and you answer me with this WTF. If you would make a heuristic analysis on this product you would say this is a heuristic breach of consistency and standards as you clearly communicate different things at multiple places in the app and even you display extremely prominent something that is clearly wrong to us users. It is just deceiving and one of the worst mistakes I’ve ever seen.
