So any theories as to why someone would want to

attack LUNA (or as it seems to me, maybe the Cosmos network as a whole)? I would expect that this is very costly and the attackers much be taking massive losses. So to me the most obvious culprits would be:
1) Organized banking cartels
2) The core affiliates of a competitor blockchain or stablecoin, or
3) Someones with heavy stake in a competing chain, coin, technology.

Anyone have any thoughts or insights?
