Clearly there are BP’s not running infrastructure at all, or running very cheap infrastructure, or just kind of collecting a paycheck, right, and trying to skate by.
These are the same people that are appointing the ENF, these are the same people that are then funding EDEN, that we are supposed to, kind of, not regulate, but you know, govern upon.
There is something that is broken there. The fundamental thing that is broken is the BP layer, the DPOS layer. It’s fundamentally broken…"

RUNE and Ren both require their validators to hold a minimum of $100k+ tokens to even be eligible so that's probably a good starting point
100k isn't much for most of the BPs in the top 21 running EOS
It shouldn't be too large of a barrier to entry
