Sorry to hear that. However, about your restricted account. The team will give you feedback when they finish the process of investigation on it. Please give them time, and we suggest not to send multiple tickets of the same issue to avoid confusion. 🙏
It’s been nearly 2 months and their last response was “The Team may review the restriction in the future but we don’t have any further information at this point”. Therefore you are preventing me from accessing my OMI indefinitely. So I ask again, are VeVe acting legally?
