Basically you'll have to add a document containing terms of use. That way you'll be legally covered. It has to say what people can and can't do with it

If you want to set a price for a sample pack/loopkit etc you should set make it royalty free. If you don't want to make it royalty free you should add in the terms of use that you need to be credited for your samples and people need to be setting the royalty when releasing their beats/songs made with your samples. Also, if you choose it not to be royalty free you cannot set a price in my opinion
