My question is if they can so freely add TAX

of 1,2% to LUNC and use it for burning purposes? I though you can't change the original white paper and this is the reason we had Luna v2. If it's possible just to change and introduce TAX then what was the point of creating Luna v2 if they could do the same to original white paper and delate USD pegging from original LUNA ... my understanding is that any major change require new coin / token version ...

Kwon stated he doesn't believe burning will work, he never stated burning was impossible. It's quite possible and he doesn't deny it either. The thing is, Kwon doesn't see how it could help, community, CZ and ETH fork creator see how it could help

He never said that burning won't help but he never encouraged individual to do so becos it will result to the loss of their money while it won't have much impart in the price since the quantity is insignificant
