Hi. I have 2,688 $FANTOM (600 USD) that cannot be

withdrawn. It was bought using a debit card. The 7-day period has passed, but the funds cannot be withdrawn. I have opened a ticket on the FTX website, and the last response from you was:

"Hello, Could you please share a screenshot of the error you're receiving? You should have no issues withdrawing as your card deposits have cleared."

That was over 3 hours ago. I stupidly transferred some USDT to my account and converted that to more FANTOM, thinking that this would be immediately withdrawable, as for previous transactions. But you're blocking that as well.

I also have 6 AVAX on my account, and that's ALSO being blocked.

I have sent a Twitter DM to support, but received no answer, nor has the website support team responded.

I desperately need to pay back some FANTOM to an institution from which I borrowed. The penalties for non-repayment are astronomical.

Can you help? I am desperate. The amount you have blocked represents half of my monthly wage. Please help.
