Hi, I tried to withdraw GBP 2 weeks ago and

still haven't received, I have asked FTX support but they keep telling me their banking team are looking at it without further explanation. My ticket nr is 762171, can you help me look into it? I urgently need that money. And I need real answers.

Is there anyway to get a faster response? I have contacted FTX support many times, it takes 2 days for them to say “we are looking into it“ and then another 2 days to say ”we are still looking into it“ and so on, it is really frustrating.

Please find a way to expedite, I have already wasted many days communicating with FTX support who only gives perfunctory responses once in a few days. Meanwhile, I don't know where my money is, when and whether it will arrive to my account. I urgently need that money, it is an emergency issue for me.
