A frictionless on-ramp (or a variety of them) are essential for bch. Hopefully it is a service/niche that many will explore in their local 'spheres of influence'... I'll dm you later this evening (approx 6 hrs) for more info about how Allodium is tackling the problem/ providing this service

Exactly. A hybrid system can be put in place similar to seed funding. But how to determine this chap won't just take off with whatever small capital is supplied to create liquidity in a particular zone? I guess one way is to have a group of respected anons. Like some names are known here but are still anon. These anons pioneer the exchanger project. They can then periodically launch flipstarters to back their activities.
