As a response to this, we're not entirely sure yet when the adoption of an L2 or alternate L1 will happen. It's definitely one of the priorities, but we're kind of dependent on the state of those L2s & potential L1s.

I couldn't tell you an estimation. We've had multiple company-wide meetings about why it's so important to go on-chain and becoming non-custodial, though. There's actually a bunch of non-evident reason why that is. So definitely something that won't be put on hold forever. From the RPay side, the team has a very aggresive expansion plan worked out (many new countries in the next 18 months), and I feel like they'll want to prioritize that over bringing transactions on-chain, although I can't imagine Nevin being OK with on-chain transactions still taking more than a year, knowing how much emphasis he has put on this 🤔
