Thank you for your opinion Smeddy. I wish current OTC policy be extended until staking would be available. Even if unlokced volume owners doesn't wants to sell at the moment, it will make a shock to market once circulation volume has doubled. Considering mainnet progress exceeded 90%, I hope large amount of unlocked volume directly be lead to staking volume by OTC policy extension. It's good to all long term holders.

So investors have been able to sell for nearly 6 months, and as expected, there was demand for it at the start, so it was managed via OTC demand for buying + 3% of daily volume on exchanges. By all accounts, that demand to sell has been dropping off, so we wouldn't be too worried about passing custody over to people,(that's how I'm reading it anyway). I think if there's a lack of selling demand, we'll give custody back to people, but if there's more than a level Nevin etc feels comfortable with, we can extend the OTC & 3% measures longer.
