Third question. I'm curious about rollup challenge period. 3. Can

a challenge period fail to function?

I mean if the period is over without any challenge (probably our validators are not incentivized enough or they're just lazy... ) and there's a fraud in the load of data which is about to be set in CKB, then now CKB will store wrong data. Right?

Can this happen?

Theoretically yes. There could be several way out, e.g. allow anyone to halt the rollup (without relying on the malicious validator) with a proof on incorrect accepted data; validator re-election + fork from latest valid state; create a rollup insurance fund supported by l2 tx fee income and use it to cover the lost; fallback to governance to find a solution; or a mixture of all of them.
