Will the rsr protocol I mean the APY for the rtoken be the same rtoken for all for example a.rtoken for a,b and c.rtoken ?

They can all be different Chimbo, RToken A, hypothetically, might offer "2%", RToken B might offer "3%". As an RSR holder, you might think "well, I want the highest APY", but there may be other factors at play, for instance you might want to know the basket make-up and governance style. Bear in mind, APY will also fluctuate based on RToken m-cap x yield / number of RSR stakers. Or put it another way, if an RToken m-cap increases due to popularity, the yield available will rise with it, increasing the APY. But that will likely attract more RSR holders to the token, increasing the insurance but reducing the APY again. It's a good set-up (we think!) to allow equilibrium to play its role in the protocol.
